Valleys Lead to Mountains
I wanted this newsletter to be more of a resource for you so be sure to click the link for the Coronavirus Resource Guide. Know we are here to serve you and one additional way is to get your Erie Online Account set up and to complete your life review by checking your life beneficiaries. As you know we have created a new website to provide you a better experience in making payments, filing claims and we now are offering educational videos. Remember too…focus while driving! Our promise to you is steadfast.
As I think about how this all affects me, my family, my staff and clients I work hard on keeping a positive mindset, exercising and eating healthy. Being of healthy mind, body and spirit allows me to have clearer thoughts, make better and more informed decisions, be a strong leader and most importantly keeps fear out of my thought process. Fear is so unhealthy. It will literally shut me down so I don’t allow it. We sometimes have to go through a valley to get to the next mountain top. We too will get past this and I am looking forward to serving you post virus even better and stronger!
Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you. If we can serve you in any way please reach out to us. We’re Right Here Beside You!
Be well my friends,
Trey Siner

Be Proactive!
We all must be proactive during this crucial time in our lives. From the simple things the CDC tells us like washing our hands with soap and water, social distancing of at least 6 ft, no large gatherings of 10 or more people and more. It is in out best interest as a community to do these things to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
It is also in our best interest to do the following as many have stated and it bears repeating: get plenty of rest, eat healthy, exercise (it lessens & removes stress), quarantine yourself if you have any symptoms and do your best to operate fearlessly. Continue to be a patron with the businesses you conduct your business with. Although it may be in a different form still support them. For example if you eat out be sure to support your local restaurant, order their take out and be sure to tip them! Get your dry cleaning, buy your products, stay insured, engage in your gyms online workouts, keep investing and more!
A dear friend of mine texted me today saying in part “…if everyone in the chain does their part – and I like what I am seeing so far with the private – public partnerships – we can pick it back up quickly…”. I agree 100% . We must all stay in business so we can keep paying our staff and roll through this!
We MUST NOT stop being Americans and supporting each other. It’s in our DNA and that’s what we do..we handle adversity well and come out even stronger.
Please see the links we have included below that could help you, encourage you and allow you to give to others. I hope these are a helpful resource.
If you own a business and have a service you can provide that will help others please let us know. We will distribute it in hopes to help you and others!
As we continue on this journey and learn things everyday please know We’re Right Here Beside You serving you and doing all we can to keep the American dream alive. We are all in this together and when we all stay together it helps us all! So we want to do our part to stay engaged and help you in any way we can. We will continue to pray for one another and all our businesses to stay healthy and whole!

How to Choose a Life Insurance Beneficiary
by Erie Insurance on March 5, 2020
Life insurance is important to protect your family’s financial future. Who you name as a beneficiary can be just as important as your initial decision to purchase life insurance. It’s a big job, which is why it’s important to choose the right person – someone who’s trustworthy and knows what matters most to you.
Your local ERIE agent is here to help you determine the right beneficiary (or beneficiaries) for your unique situation. For general answers to common questions, keep reading.

Special Notice
Please call us if you need to add a car to your policy!
Unfortunately it happens often…a newly purchased vehicle not being added to the insurance policy. 😯 And sometimes this only comes to light when a claim occurs. But the story is always the same, “The dealership told me they were going to call my agent.” But it seems more often than not, dealerships are not calling which leaves a customer and our agency in a bind when a claim has occurred, and the car is not on the policy!! Even if the dealership does call, receiving multiple calls to add a vehicle is much better than the alternative!!
If you haven’t received ID cards or an updated declaration page from our agency, there is a very good chance the vehicle has not been added yet so please call us. It is YOUR responsibility and also a very good habit to review any policy information that comes to you from your insurance carrier. This will not only verify that all vehicles are correct on your policy but it will always familiarize you more with your coverages. Being informed about the coverages you have will make you more prepared when a claim happens.
**It is YOUR RESPONSIBILTY to call us with any changes to your policies. If we don’t know about a car change we cannot add it.**
