Sara began her insurance career two years ago and works as a Personal Lines Account Manager, helping our existing clients with their day-to-day insurance needs. Naturally friendly and helpful, she enjoys answering questions, solving problems, and making insurance feel a little less complicated along the way.
Whether she’s assisting with a policy change, billing or coverage question, or helping a client navigate a claim, Sara brings patience and genuine care to every interaction. She understands that insurance can sometimes feel overwhelming and enjoys being the person clients can turn to when they need a little help making sense of it.
Originally from San Salvador, El Salvador, Sara is proud of her Salvadoran roots and especially loves sharing the food and traditions she grew up with. At the top of her favorites list are pupusas—preferably paired with hot chocolate, a combination she says everyone needs to try.
Outside of work, Sara loves spending time with her daughter, who recently started dance classes and now brings plenty of new choreography home with her. She is also involved with Casa de Oración, a Christian women’s group centered around supporting and encouraging women through life’s challenges.
