As Director of Operations, Andrea brings more than two decades of insurance experience and a strong background in agency operations, team development, and client experience. Since beginning her insurance career in 2005, she has developed a broad understanding of personal, commercial, and life insurance and a passion for making insurance feel more approachable for the people and businesses we serve.
Andrea oversees operations across our six locations, leading initiatives that strengthen the agency, support our team, and enhance the overall client experience. She is especially passionate about building strong teams, creating consistency across the organization, and ensuring our team has the knowledge and resources to provide thoughtful, dependable service.
Born and raised in North Pole, Alaska, Andrea grew up off-grid before trading the long Alaskan winters for North Carolina in 2011. She now proudly calls Davie County home and has a strong appreciation for the community, the changing seasons, and everything North Carolina has to offer.
Outside of the office, Andrea enjoys staying active and spending time with her husband and their two very energetic German Shorthaired Pointers. She has a passion for animals, the outdoors, cooking, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
