Hello and congratulations on the start to your journey to open your fitness location. I know it is a very busy time for you so I just wanted to let you know a little about what we can do for you.
If you are negotiating your lease now or when you start that just send me the insurance portion of the lease and I will review it for you. If there is something asked for that is not in line with what you do I will point that out and help you get it negotiated before you sign the lease. For example, if the landlord is asking for too much in umbrella liability we can often get that lowered which can save you $1000 a year or more.
We write all lines of personal, commercial and life insurance. If you let me know what you are looking for I will connect you to the right person. I will be your contact for the commercial insurance but my team includes Kelly Nichols and Brittany Danforth and they are such a great resource for information on insurance and on your policy as well.

Special Note: If you get any special insurance requests from your state, please send them to us. In some states, for example, if you collect annual pre-payments, you must be bonded. In Florida, you must register your business and all owners to be exempt from workers comp coverage.
